MYH-2000型連續(xù)常減壓中誠蒸餾裝置
裝置處理的主要原料為常壓渣油和減壓餾分油，處理量為5kg/h.物料平衡≥98%，溫度控制精度≯±2度。加熱爐采用兩段控溫，沙浴加熱；減壓塔三段控溫，采用電加熱方式，其中塔底和塔身采用大功率電加熱，塔頂加熱以保溫為主。真空緩沖罐、塔頂產(chǎn)品罐、塔底產(chǎn)品罐和真空泵采用切換操作。

The main stocks are atmospheric residuum and vacuum fraction oil ,thecontrolled temperature accuracy ys not beyond 正負(fù)2.度，The heating furnace has two sections to control the temperatureby sand ;the vacuum tower has three sections to xontrol the temperature by electricty,the bottom and the tower body are heated by heavy -power ,the top is heated in order to keep temperature .The vacuum surge tank,the top product tank ,the bottom product tank,and the vacuum pump take altermate operation.
